This app is easier to use than other store apps. I have been able to shop for yrs using the app. One issue that has been occurring is items in my favs disappear after a while. That’s quite annoying especially if it’s an item I’m eyeing or a possibility of the item coming back in stock. Also, the reward points system could be better, but when H&M has deals, do not pass up. Overall, the app set-up flows well.

Well I’m a 26 year old guy. I’ve taken some time, sometimes to scroll and look to see what to buy my girlfriend. H&M has lots of good deals! Shipping is always on time. I’ve never had a problem, just make sure to read the details of whatever it is you buy, to make sure it’s accurately what you seek. Also take the time to buy a measuring tape and don’t ever feel guilty for using it, its always good to take measurements!
