side covers do not appear to be cracked. The screen does not appear to be cracked. If there is a hairline crack anywhere in the metal or plastic or glass, it has not yet surfaced. The customer service rep stated that the part would be replaced if it had broken.

with shelving and many storage compartments, and this bag exceeded expectations, with fitting all of my gear, which included 2 bats, shoes, glove, batting gloves, spare clothes, and some more (and I pack on the heavier side too). Was skeptical since Im really particular about bags being practical and convenient for grabbing gear during and in between games, and this came as expected and at a great price. Favorite feature was the side pocket with the hook inside for your keys. Shipping timing was accurate and had no complaints - arrived when tracking said it would and without delay.
