If I could give no stars I would! 3rd car purchased from Peter V and I’ve not received my v5 and are getting letters from the DVLA for taxing a vehicle I no longer own! Someone’s not done there admin! Not impressed I even emailed there complaints department but the email was return with a post mark that they where not accepting complaints! Crazy I would avoid as I said third car from them 1st car was a nightmare 2nd purchase was smooth and third time unlucky using them….word to the wise go to Arnold ckark

Three times i was back and forward to try and collect my new car but kept being told finance wasn't settled even after being told my car was ready for collection. Managers always busy and unable to take calls. Even when finally going to collect my car the minor point hadn't been repaired. Then i realised after car was serviced and MOT by Peter Vardy that the rear windscreen wiper blade didn't have a blade (MOT failure) but they gave it to me drive away. Also realised on collecting the car that the touchscreen for radio, sat nav, phone etc wasn't working. Now having to wait on date for this to be repaired.
