Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your organization’s Membership Plan Subscription anytime by contacting Customer Support from your profile or sending a Cancel request email to support@cechoes.com from your email which was used to create the Subscription.

If you cancel within 7 days of your order, you will be fully refunded. If you bought a monthly plan and cancelled after 7 days, your one month’s payment is non-refundable. If you have bought an annual plan and requested for cancellation after 7 days, your service will continue till the end of that month’s billing period and the proportionate amount for the remaining period (minus promotion amount) would be refunded. You will receive the applicable prorated refund to your payment method within 30 days of the initial purchase date.

Please also note that once the cancellation comes into effect, the features of the Membership Plan availed by you will cease to exist along with the underlying data. However, your organization will continue to appear as an unverified organization and the public Reviews received by your organization during the membership and post the membership will continue to appear at website/mobile app.
