Customer Service was truly 5 star! The app is so easy to use and representatives were on hand promptly to answer any questions. We were travelling for the first time with our child who has ASD and they took the stress out of all the travelling for us including asking hotel for certain supports to be in place. Cannot recommend Jet2 enough!

Always trust Jet 2 when booking our holidays. Airport experience was great on departure and arrival, very smooth. Flights were perfect, landed earlier than expected both ways. Staff were very helpful. In resort, hotel was exactly as described when booking. Would definitely use Jet2 again.

Exactly what we expected. The level of service since using Jet2 over the last couple of years has been great - far better than our experiences with Tui. Based on the experiences we've had, we are unlikely to book with anyone else now.
