Very understanding company. They give replacements without issues. I bought 3 shirts. I made a mistake on the order. Rather than a replacement they gave me extra shirts for free.

Absolutely love the T-shirt. The quality is A1. Shipping was phenomenal and about three days turn around. I’ve never seen a quicker shipping. I definitely will do more business in the future.

Design & T-shirt quality are nice. I’m female & I always choose the male Medium (I’m a chest measurement bt 36-38 inches for scale)—the female sizing always runs too small. Hope this is helpful to someone!😊

When unable to reroute, my purchase was repackaged and a whole new order sent to my updated address. I am impressed by the customer service as much as the shirts by Orcas Sinking Yachts! Highly recommend. Will purchase again!

I was so excited to get my t-shirt after the long wait but when I opened it I immediately saw that the inside collar was visibly dirty and around the design on the front there were black specks that looked like dirt. This might not have been noticeable on a dark coloured t-shirt but I ordered white. Pretty disappointed after spending $50 Canadian. The design was great and the fit would be perfect. I have sent two messages about the quality and have not heard back at all even though I am spammed daily with sales emails from TeePublic now.

Very pleased with my purchase. Well made, and design on Tee Shirt bright and happy!!! Have purchased several items and been satisfied each time. Plus, contact numbers available should there be an issue. Have received many compliments, and I think its because the designs are not the usual run of the mill, but fun and well thought out.

The graphics are exactly as pictured and not "plasticy" with pretty much every category/genre I could think of, from Cthulhu to Mary Poppins and everything in between. I have found my new graphic tshirt store!

I ❤️ this company and the quality of products. I recently received a product which was oversized, so rather than having to go through the process of returning it teepublic sent me another size product free of charge. Now that is wonderful customer service!

My order was acknowledged in a timely manner and shipped a few days later. Upon receipt I tried it on only to find that the sizing runs a bit small, and I would need to jump to the next size. The issue was resolved in a matter of hours and a replacement order was started.

Excellent service - very fast, good quality products. Emails with order's progress are exactly as they should be, no too often and not skipping steps. Very good experience for me overall.

Awesome customer service! I ordered the wrong color and size, and they simply sent me the right color and size without having me send the original order back! Amazing to see this in America today with so much divide out there. Great to know we can lean on a fantastic company like TeePublic in a time of need :)

I have been buying from Teepublic for years and have always been happy with the shirts I got! The print is actually adhered to the fabric, so it doesn't peel up like other printed shirts can. And they actually post the links to the artist's social media when you buy one of their pieces, so it doesn't feel like any of the art is stolen or something.
