It was very informative. It was nice to casually walk around the old city and learn many things of the history tasting new foods that we never thought we would ever like but we enjoyed everything we like this is an excellent tour covers a lot. I think you will enjoy this, my wife says the hot chocolate was the best

It was a beautiful experienceIt was a beautiful experience. We got a lucky tour because it was raining the day of our trip. Our lovely guide Simone expressed that normally the tour does not get this experience as it usually cancelled due to weather. During our tour we got to see Lake Como, Bellagio and Lugana, Switzerland. It truly was a breathe taking once in a life time experience, if I ever come back to Europe I would not mind doing the same tour again as it was full of surprises and fun :)) Date of experience: June 13, 2024
My husband easily gets motion sickness and got in touch with the company- they made sure he was in the passengers seat going up to the summit, which we were very grateful for. Tay was amazing driving up to the meeting point before meeting up with Jess & Rob. Jess was very knowledgeable of the land & history of Mauna Kea. The excursion itself was amazing! Very much recommended!
I have done other tours but this one was far superior. We had a professional, knowledgable and attentive guide who kept us updated on information, history and important points. For those interested in responsible tourism (important to me also) this trip is ideal! We visited 2 traditional wineries and villages, ate authentic cooked food and of course sampled some lovely port and wine. The boat ride was so relaxing! Overall a fab trip with a top quality guide. Could not ask for more.
We had such an exciting day. We were so impressed by Claudio and the knowledge he had. Our small group had interesting conversations that made the trip extra personal. Quite heavy walking so be well prepared. This is the ultimate "Hike Hitler" and Claudio made it so worth while.
Our tour guide Alen was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, and engaged with the group really well. We particularly enjoyed his sense of humour. The tour itself was a good length, good value and interesting. We would recommend it to others.
These past couple years, I've taken up traveling a lot more and I've had such fun, adventure-filled vacays thanks to this app! I don't even stress about finding things to do because I know Viator has it all in one place. The most recent trip I planned was Puerto Vallarta and as someone who's never been to Mexico, the trip was such a breeze because of what I planned from the app.
We booked a group tour and got lucky to have a private car tour- the company could easily have cancelled us. Mr. Lardy the tour guide was thorough and took the time to talk about and show us more local places, since we had 7 hours. We learned a lot about Aruba, drove around the island, enjoyed local food including coconuts, and would definitely rate this a 5-star tour.
Viktor the guide was friendly, made us feel comfortable, and took care of all of us throughout the trip. He was attentive, and appropriately concerned with punctuality for our tour benefit, the bus was old but clean, the air conditioning was sub par, Viktor with happy foresight provided amenities that the bus lacked [hand sanitizer]. We toured the valley with his informed education, proper guidance and supervision. His comments and jocularity were uniformly helpful, polite and friendly. He made the trip comfortable and pleasant.
We recently visited Hampton Court England with Sheila our guide from Viator. We had an amazing customer expérience! Sheila was veryl helpful before the visit and very understanding of our family needs. Although english is not our first language she made it easy to us and our girls to capture all the interesting stories and details about life at the Château ! Very entertaining visit !
Viator booked our trip with a third party and gave us a time. The third party turned up several hours early then said we'd missed the booking. The Viator app continued to show the time we'd booked till after the booked time. Viator keeps fobbing us off by referring us to the third party, but our booking was with Viator. We'll escalate this.
Local guide didn’t turn up even after we called and spoke to them twice before we arrived. We then called local guide over 20 times for no answer. Called the head office to get told that they won’t do a refund without the local company OK. What a joke. Funny the local company answered call from head office or maybe we just lied to. Travelled from UK to Smithsonian and now kids wasted an hour of their trip. How do you explain to 5 and 7 year old when they weee super excited. £275 fro this service poor
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I received few months ago an email with a promotion code for 10% off my next booking but unfortunately I lost this email so I don't have this code anymore. I chat today with Christine, Martin and Aiza !! 3 VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS that seems not understand or not able to read any english as they didn't stop asking me for the promotion code I have lost !! They offered me only 5% discount if I book 2 or more tours !!! I booked hundreds of tours with Viator for the past few year and that the way they threat me ! UNBELIEVABLE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We bookes the wrong tour. Lives in Reykjavik, but booked a zip-line tour in northern Island tomorrow, by a big mistake. We contacted Viator for help. We thought we could change the tour too something nearer. We got no other answer then a cancelation of our order. No hjelp or answer when we sent another mail with request to change tour. No money back because we sendt the request under 24 hours before the tour.
Love the tour. The guide is knowledgeable, organized, and friendly. We learnt a lot from her explanations in the museums and the history of Florence. Strongly recommend if you only plan to stay in Florence in just a few days. This tour gives you some depth of your stay.
Viator experience is no less than good .. things work . Cards n payments methods ( most of them ) works . So booking trip is not frustrating!!!
