Overall, and so far, the service has been really good with great communication and a booking site that was easy to use. It's a lot of money to go on a family holiday these days, and we have yet to get to the airport, Turkey and the hotel, so let's hope all runs as smoothly as it has so far.

Website was buggy switched out my dates to one week further and even though I contacted consumer service 2min after , I ended up losing one third of money spend on cancellation. They also could not provide any alternatives when most other agencies websites had plenty of them
