I saw this car online (well known site) at TC Harrison Ford dealership in Derby, it was the colour and model/spec I was looking for and being offered at a very good price, much lower than the local Ford dealership. My initial contact was with their sales rep Tony in Derby who was a really lovely man, he arranged to bring the car to TC Harrison in Huntingdon to view and test drive as I live in East Suffolk and Huntingdon is Half way. Nothing was too much trouble for Tony he had a great personality and good knowledge of all the questions I asked him, he was a great ambassador for TC Harrison. I collected the car 10 days later from Huntingdon, which Tony again brought the car down to Huntingdon for me. This is the second time I have bought a Ford from TC Harrison and I would highly recommend this company, and a special thanks to Tony.

Rude and very unprofessional Paul senior sales Visited today looking at replacing my recently stolen car (Land rover discovery) Paul the salesman thinks its okay to say it’s probably a good thing/blessing in disguise my car was stolen as the engine could blow up at any time. He’s never met me before and has no idea how well maintained my car was. A professional person would say sorry that’s awful etc. The worst car salesman ive ever met.

The experience was very good. I was advised of the process , and kept upto date with the progress . I have a good relationship with Steve who is my mobility scheme manager And he made it simple and straightforward And is very professional Good job 👍
