I have just found out my local Nissan dealer(Trenton) has unfortunately been taken over by the Stoneacre Motor Group. I have tried 7 times to call them and the phone has not been answered. When it was answered after 6 minutes, the message was I was caller number 10 in the queue. I then sent an enquiry form which was returned with my question on but with no answer.

My car went for accident repair for what appeared to be minor scratch damage . The car was collected on 5.7.24 and was not completed and returned until 6 weeks later . We had to constantly call to find out progress of the repair and were given very little information. We were told one date and this apparently changed due to staff sickness and annual leave . The next date we were given was delayed by a further 2 days . We had a courtesy car and we were aware this would be smaller than our car ,however we did not realise we would have to manage with this for 6 weeks . We need to be able to get a wheelchair in the car but the response of Stoneacre was " you were aware the car would be smaller' Should we ever be in need of accident repair I would avoid my car going to Stoneacre The only person who demonstrated any customer care was the gentleman who collected and returned our car and he was excellent.

Tried to book my Seat in for a service and MOT in the Peterborough branch. Called the advertised number, spent 8 minutes waiting, on the phone, and was then informed that I was now 10th in the queue to speak with an agent. At the best, that would have probably resulted in a further wait of 30 minutes. Either Stoneacre are completely indifferent to customer service or they don't need the money that I would have spent .... but didn't. Now booked in at my local garage.

The staff are always friendly,and excellent at their jobs.a lovely experience.would highly recommend to all my family and friends.many thanks

We had a test drive booked on Saturday morning, and noticed we couldn't find the car online the evening before. We called when the showroom opened that Saturday to check the car was still there and they confirmed it was still there but the page on the website was being updated. After a 40 minute drive there, they informed us the car had been sold the day before. They didn't apologies, didn't have an alternative vehicle available, and didn't acknowledge (or seemed to care) that they had a mistake and wasted our time. The experience has put us off buying a car through Stoneacre.
