The showroom and service was excellent as usual . However I had to take it to my local garage on the way home as the tyre pressure light came on . They checked the tyres and put the fault one right again so hasn’t come on since .

Great experience with agnew repair centre. Unfortunately this is my 2nd time having to use the repair centre but again the customer service provided was exceptional. Particularly from Linda and Ryan that took the stress out of everything for me, in what could have been a very stressful situation. Thanks again.

My X7 came in on a breakdown truck having shut down on the Stena Line ferry from Liverpool to Belfast! So was unexpected first thing on a Monday morning The team, especially Chris Ruddy were polite, sympathetic and attentive. Parts under warranty to get me on the road were secured as soon as possible & a defective low profile tyre spotted & a pair of replacements fitted. Given that I had a complicated week moving between Belfast & Donegal a couple of times Chris handled everything well including gaps in telecoms coverage.

The customer care and service provided by Jenny was yet again superb. She’s an absolute credit to your organisation. However my actual satisfaction with the one series BMW I currently have is a whole separate matter. I am hoping after its fourth occasion with yourselves in Bavarian that the issue on the drive train is resolved. I have to be honest lost a significant amount of faith in the car’s ability.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful service. Nothing was pushed on to us or sold unnecessarily. We were given clear information and time to think through each step and make our own decisions. I was very impressed with the service offered and our sales rep - David-William McCabe.
