The agent I spoke with, Destiny, was great to work with. She didn't rush me and she answered all my questions. In fact, she answered questions that I didn't know I had. She made sure I understood what the policy provided and what I would be paying for the policy. She also told me what to do when I purchased my airline tickets so that cost could be added and my policy adjusted accordingly. I felt very comfortable with the product that I purchased after chatting with her. I will probably look to this company again if I'm looking for travel insurance in the future.
