I booked a flight on Malaysian Airlines (MAS) business class from Kuala Lumpur to London. I found BudgetAir through a SkyScanner search. BudgetAir was significantly cheaper so I used them. No issues at all. The booking appeared in my MAS app almost immediately but BudgetAir only paid MAS to issue the ticket around 24 hours later. During that 24 hour period, I thought I had been scammed but everything went smoothly. The ticket was issued with the seat request intact. Basically, my experience was a good one.
