Awesome product. Didnt end up working for me since my router(eero) is unfortunately incompatible to use a VPN from NordVPN. I cancelled my subscription and the process was pretty smooth and overall a great experience thanks to a live representative named Lola Paca. They offered to help me if possible but understood my whole situation and wasnt forced to stay with them which is to me a great experience.

Had a problem with my VPN disconnecting and failing to reconnect. Reported by email and tech support got back to me almost immediately with some suggestions on changing a setting in the app. Problem resolved and the help was greatly appreciated.
