Loved the access and software made it super easy -Loved the pay and go and easy returnsI was traveling at my daughters house and needed a quick fixclean before adding bunk beds to their children's room. The quality of the machine was very commercial but didnt draw up the water as well as my own Bissell--that makes all the difference on these machines--- as long as yo pour down warmhot water the catch is drawing the water up effectively
