The products I ordered showed up with the box completely smashed so the hats inside were smashed and deformed also. I immediately contacted SA and explained the problem with customer service and sent pictures.Although SA has no control of what happens in shipping they graciously refunded my money with no hassels and an apology. That right there is great customer service and greatly appreciated , thank you
