Chandan is a nice man. He is also very professional and answered all my questions, using his vast store of knowledge of his craft. He gave several suggestions and went above and beyond the minimal job, telling me how to care for my refrigerator, should it stop cooling in the future. He told me that the part that Sears took two months to send was packaged with the new compressor that got here only a couple of days after the original order was placed. So I waited two months for no reason, except someones lack of experience or knowledge. But not Chandan! He knows everything about his work. Five stars!
