To get the best out of the 8 hours class, Ai Lee guides you through cognitive and physical preparation weeks before the training itself. And even more, there is the opportunity to keep getting guidance after the training. The program is science based and its presented in a way that it just makes all sense. It's a life-long training, learning and teaching experience and they have prepared an amazing platform to progress through it.

Im really was out of my comfort zone doing those dances n steps coz thats one of the reason i want to be a zumba instructor to challenge myself to face my weakness that is doing this steps but with our trainor she made it so easy for me to execute every steps n the insights she gave us about zumba made me more interested ...the place was great for the training ...our trainor has all the expertise and she answered our questions very well...im glad i mustered my courage n joined the training its was a blast!!!!!
