You can register from any web browser. When you open the website from any browser and try to post a response, a popup will open, from there you can register with minimal details(like: first and last name, Email and Password). You cal also login through Facebook and Google ID as well. Install the app From Play Store, then open the App the first screen will ask for login, if you are already register user then login otherwise register as a new user and then login.
