They messed up my order and getting assistance from their customer support is horrible. I am still waiting for help and it has been over 10 days.
The customer service was pretty quick to respond. My only issue is make sure you have an actual bank account set up when you start playing so if you win you can cash out without having to open an account,then make transactions and wait for a full cycle statement from the bank to finally be paid out. I only had PayPal,cash app,One card so I had to go to a bank and open up an account then make transactions but then just that wasn't enough needed a full statement not sure why. So it took me a couple weeks or so to actually cash out. Otherwise it would have been super easy to cash out!
When I have some questions about my vps or other things about dedicated servers they are nice to give a simple but helpful response
I attempted to purchase an account from this website, I wasn't warned that they were going to ask me for a picture of government issued ID + selfie + card, After sending my documents and pictures in an email and waiting around 15 minutes for a response, they asked me why my username wasnt the same as the name on my card. They then proceeded to ban my account for being "too young to use the platform" apparently they are refunding my purchase and it will take 10 business days to come back... Complete and total waste of time and money.

I was a little skeptical at first, I had to look up reviews, especially recent reviews and I saw a couple of concerning ones. However, I did see that customer service was super nice and helpful so I decided to try it. My husband had just gotten me a laptop for Valentine's Day because I missed playing Sims. But I didn't want to spend the $50 on one of the packs I wanted. I saved myself $20. and it was very easy adding the game to my library. I wished I had been using CDKeys from the beginning!!! Thank you CDKeys!!!
The LG led tv I bought is terrific and has given excellent performance so far. It has been multiple years of zero issues and dead pixels with superb sound

We got our solar panels from GRS in the fall of 2021. Despite the pandemic at the time everything went flawlessly and GRS was very responsive with our needs and adjustments as the job took place and then some follow up tweaks after the panels got turned on by the city. I just checked yesterday an we have so far generated 20MWh from our rooftop system and haven't had an electricity bill in a year and a half. Great service and a great company
Sunrun started installing my system in March of this year, bit it is still not operational 6 months later after multiple installation visits to fix parts of the system and two failed county inspections followed by repairs. Beyond this technical incompetence customer support is non-existent, consisting of web chat with people who know nothing and can do nothing. Avoid at all costs is my advice.
I want to say that I have always been very pleased with everything with Missouri Wind and Solar. I have made several purchases from them over the past, and always been very satisfied with there company. They have been a great help in the process of my Wind and solar system. I truly value their honesty, faith in their products, prices, hard work, and services they provide. Great experience working with Juan and Lucio from Sedna. Juan was very informative and answered all of our questions. System was installed same day and we had clean and soft water immediately. Would recommend Sedna.
Due to a calamity of errors on Octopus use of AI - I am sitting with no power. I had made several inquiries as to why I was not getting a bill - come to find out after my power was disconnected today due to someone (not known to me) transferred service to my address. I had been making payments - semi monthly because I was not getting a bill but using services. I called customer service and spoke to Lisa (excuse the spelling) she understood my predicament and actually brought me to tears of gratitude. She showed heart felt empathy and made it all right. It is great to know that there are people like her that in a job were you are verbally abused by irritate customers on a daily basis - when she can actually push all that aside and be that person that can shine in someones else calamity and mayhem - she is one of those people that is truly a gift to the broken worldThank you
The two people that were present at the warehouse were very pleasant and loaded the solar panel pallet with a fork lift and placed it perfectly and gently on my trailer. Their help was greatly appreciated!!
They were quick with responding to questions and saved me a lot of money switching to solar energy. The promotional gift card was harder to receive, if you jump through the hoops it will come eventually.
I love Expresso parking. They're always professional & everyone is very courteous. Also, it's too cute to see little blueberry muffins, hot water, and coffee on standby, every time I come in to catch their airport shuttle! It's little details like that, that I appreciate!
