The application process was great. They constantly called me to make sure I understood everything and had the proper information. I love the customer service. Everyone always checked the same things so you can tell the employees are top notch. They pride theirselves on same-day approval but it was more like 15 minute approval lol. This is a great bank with no fees, no minimum balance requirements, and a versatile app that offers many quality features. This has been my main bank for 5 years and I have a little workout as well for check cashing and savings but this is my go-to. I have my paycheck direct deposited into it even. Highly recommend! 💯🙏🙂

This is an amazing app for kids and parents. My son has learned so much about money. What it is, where it came from, how it works. Just everything. Credit. How you build a score. Things that WE a parents (not done but, most, I'm sure) never learned until we were older. It's just amazing. I know you can get a bank account but you don't get the little 2, 3, 4 minute videos that your child watches and when they answer the questions properly, are rewarded. It's not an app just about money, it's 100% much more,

CarBrain was convenient for me by having a tow truck meet me at the body shop where my car was located. Initially there was a problem with the first tow truck. It was fixed immediately, a second tow truck was sent, total wait time was less than one hour. I signed over the pink slip and the keys and was paid a fair price in cash.
